Co-ordinate and direct the operational activities of multiple teams to ensure that work is undertaken in a safe, effective and efficient manner to meet Council’s requirements and specifications.About youEssential Selection Criteria:WHS General Induction Training for construction sitesCurrent Class C Drivers licence.TAFE Certificate 3 in Civil Construction and Maintenance (Roads and Related Infrastructure), or equivalent, or demonstrated experience in the civil construction / maintenance industry /similar role. (min 5 years)Proven ability to resolve problems at the worksite level.Demonstrated supervisory skills to lead direct and motivate multiple teams, across different areas of maintenance.Proven Computer literacy skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and schedule works so they are completed safely, to appropriate standards and within timeframes and budget.Proven literacy and numeracy skills to complete relevant documentation required for the role.SalaryYearly salary range $54,669 - $63,141 (dependent upon skills and experience) based on 38 hour week + 10% super.
